Heather Evans is a true East Texan, born and raised in the small town of Overton. She’s been married to her husband, Tracy for 21 years and has two sons, Tucker, who’s in college at SFA, and Tristen, who sadly passed away in February 2024. Heather also has a stepson, Trace, who lives in Tyler. In her spare time she loves being outdoors with her family, touring a local winery and visiting with family and close friends.
Heather launched her real estate career in 2017 and quickly made a name for herself as a go-getter. She became a top producer in her office, exceeding both her expectations and her goals. In 2021, she took things to the next level by starting her own team, helping new agents grow and develop. This experience sharpened her leadership and problem-solving skills.
With a passion for real estate and continuous learning, Heather worked towards her broker's license, which she earned in August 2024, leading to the creation of East Texas Homes & Land, LLC. Known for her expertise in residential, farm and ranch, and rural acreage properties, Heather is the hustle and heart behind ETHL, committed to building a brokerage with agents who share the same drive and values.
